I wish your kind help in a special subject.
My issue is UTS (unreserved Ticketing System)
Actually i am using this mobile based ticketing system to book unreserved ticket.
But this is unfortunate...
more... that i still helpless to track my failed transaction.
Few day ago i was recharging my R-Wallet, which is mainly used to book ticket on mobile Application.
I completed process of payment getaway and amount debited from my bank but didn't included in my R-Wallet.
When i tried to investigate who will refund this amount, i called Railway on 139 but they refused and told me that payment process is maintained by IRCTC so need to contact IRCTC.
So i called IRCTC , they told me that they don't have any information regarding UTS.
Please write a mail to irctc
I wrote a mail to irctc and they asked for my user id of irctc in first mail.
When i confirm once aging that i don't have any issue with irctc.... my concern is regarding to UTS..
In second mail they told me that debited amount will be automatically refunded to the respective account.
But its my bad luck that amount is not refunded yet..
Can anybody help me in this case?
Can anybody tell me exactly who is responsible for failure transaction of R-wallet (used to book unreserved ticket)
