This post might create its own controversy but surely I feel the point needs to be given a thought. I guess a majority of members (including me) in this site might be booking tickets online as compared to booking at PRS counters and are well versed with online booking.
Isn't there an undue advantage for the people who book online as compared to people booing through PRS? All PRS counters close at 8pm whereas online tickets can still be booked till 11pm.

more... 2pm, those booking online can continue to do so till 11pm or even more.
Shouldn't railways be thinking of providing a level playing field as far as reservations are concerned for people who can do through internet as well as people booking through PRS counters ????
