Cure for it may be anything, but preventive actions are easy and simple:
1-take Camfor, cardamom, clove in equal proportion,
2-grind and powder it,
3- make a sachet covered with fine cotton clothe, and tie knot around it

5- daily take warm water at bed time, and at sunrise
6- drink more fluid
7- avoid cold food, drinks
8- avoid cold and stuffy rooms
9- keep chest and throat and neck covered such that it remains warm
10- keep 'anti pollution mask' on while driving on two wheeler, or moving in crowded place
11-use ripe papaya before meal, and raw papaya salad in meal....
12- do now allow your digestion get disturbed due to stress, late hours waking or working
13- take enough rest and sleep in 24 hours
14- also indulge in good exercise bout before breakfast ... even for ten minutes ...
15- take at least One fruit in meal...
16- ensure your food in your plate is Warm any time of the day

Most important thing which even the first blog and the poster misses is the occurrence of loose motions or diarrhea which occupies the first place in the list of symptoms. Also visit a trust worthy doctor who would not simply send patients to tests( I had no loose motions). H1N1 has given opportunity for the lab doctor illicit nexus to grow . Also avoid travel when these symptoms persists. Trains especially can easily spread the virus (especially the door handle, toilet taps etc).
