The General Manager, SWR. Sir, I regret to bring to your notice the poor plight of the passengers travelling from Banaglore to Rajasthan and of those on board 22695 Yesvantpur Jaipur Premium Express . None of trains from Bangalore to Rajasthan are superfast and this premium which is superfast also runs on Longer route from Yesvantput to Guntakal . The shortest route from Yesvantpur to Guntakal is 300km via Dharmavaram , Gooty but the train takes 500 km route via TUMKUR , ARSIKERE means 200 km EXTRA. IF route can be shortened then journey time will reduce by 2 hour and fare will also reduce. The passengers paying fare have to pay UNNECESSARILY for 200 km extra...

routes. I am given to understand that route via GOOTY is saturated but it seems as if you are not interested in providing COMFORTABLE journey to RAJASTHAN pax. Because if you make some efforts then you can ATLEAST run this PREMIUM on shortest route by giving it more priority over normal express trains. It becomes your duty, your responsibility to give the BEST possible SERVICE to passenger paying PREMIUM fare . If you cannot provide shortest route to even premium train Then why was so much hype created by you that a Premium trains with great speed and comfort will be introduced by SWR. One more request is to please give the best possible loco ie WDP4 KJM to this train on REGULAR BASIS .
