Instead of extending 15205/06, till Chhindwara, they can introduce new bi-weekly via Jabalpur, and one bi-weekly via Et, Total 4 days direct connectivity between Chindwara to Lucknow
Lucknow Nagpur acha to rehta but I am unsure of that section. Only one train running till date with duration approx 10 hrs to Nagpur from Jabalpur.
Jabalpur Chhindwara is a single line route , earlier it was a narrow gauge , it's GC completed last year . Currently, Nainpur Seoni Chhindwara passenger ,Shahdol Nagpur exp and Rewa Itwari express run in this route .

Wondering why SR only extended upto Villupuram instead of upto Tambaram or Egmore?

It should be extended up to kollam and if possible up to Thiruvananthapuram

Not all trains should originate at big cities or capital/Metro cities but should cater to Tier 1 cities of that state. It's to cater to Trichy and Madurai to Nagercoil and TVM. I guess these are passenger trsin merger and convert to express.
Delta districts get connection to Palani. Good move.
But Madurai Punalur extension is confusing. Why can't it be TVC VM via Punalur, Virudhunagar, Trichy? Some SWR expert might have designed this extension (SWR is known for W U C N J shaped routes).
For Cape/ NCJ to VM route, make CAPE PDY as a daily express.

I am from Bihar and rail connectivity to all region in northern bihar is very necessary due to flood situation arises every year. There is a possibility to construct double track line between Siwan - Muzzafarpur - Darbhanga which will reduce rail traffic on other rail routes and also give fast and alternate connectivity towards north -east region for supply of goods and services and also passenger traffic.
