As they have already charged you in ticket fare for every hospitality. you can ask them for towel as well they have to provide you. Towel is also included in your bed roll in this train
very bad food . travelled in 2 ac . ac was also not working properly.it should also stop at jaland

Using Rake of SWR LHB Rajdhani Rake inspite being an NR train whole coaches are of SW Marked Like EOG's 1st Tier AC Coach 2nd Tier AC Coach 3rd Tier AC Coach and even Pantry Car. Maximum 2013-14 year made Coaches by RCF Kapurthala.
