Do anybody have any idea about AUGMENTATION OF AC 3-TIER ECONOMY COACHES IN 12273/ 12274 Duronto Express (HWH-NDLS)...??

You can see the From HWH to NDLS there is no 3E booking allowed, but from NDLS to HWH Wait listed ticket shows in 3E... Why so...?? Any idea...??

Some railfanning pictures in my today completed trip in 20817 from Mughalsarai to NDLS. I was lucky enough to get a chance to travel in newly introduced Tejas Rakes or BBS Rajdhani. Unlike Mumbai tejas Rajdhani, I didn't find display monitors withing the coach which displays next stop and remaining distance
