I don't see any reason for a 45 min halt at Roha. There is no loco change/reversal.
u dnt any see for halt at Roha... i dnt see any reason y this train is introduced... i mean Special fare and avg speed 40kmph.. some of the passengr train in india run at this speed...
I will travel by bus rathr than travellng in this train... or i wl prefer tatkal in existing train rathar than this...

Obviously, this won't be the first preference for anyone.
Even I would prefer Mandavi over this.

May b it waits for Mangala to overtake it..
I think it should start Dadar at 9:50 instead of 7:50, the 45 mins halt at Roha, 1Hr of slack between Panvel and Roha and few more slacks between Sangameshwar and Ratnagiri should be removed
