This is a good link. Two points, IR seems not to be in favour of Vasco going on the KR route either towards Panvel (one train once a week only) or towards MAQ (no trains). Secondly, on Tuesday you may not get a 920 pm slot as it is a single line and there is a train at 910pm. The 910pm train will not reach the next station Balli before 920pm

Useful. KAWR already has 2-3 trains terminating/originating -- SBC via Maq
exactly. still karwar has very limited infra inside station. there is only 2PF and 3 lines. no pit and stable lines. Karwar can be developed with more PF say atleast 4 or 5 and with 2 or 3 pit. that infra can be used for running trains to connect Goa karnataka maharastra even kerala Tamil nadu..
