IRCTC earlier used to do catering. Then to improve the food standards, IRCTC was stopped to do catering and that was given to outside private contractors. But Now again to improve food standards , they are going back to IRCTC.
Seems like History is going to repeat.

Compared to that time IRCTC has improved very much. So no harm in giving catering back to IRCTC.
Yes time has changed...But this same will happen again after 3-4 years, when passengers gonna again complaint for the standards and quality of food and catering onboard by IRCTC base Kitchen.
People get bored very easily if more and more variety and quality is not increased.
