Most of the trucks loaded on the RORO trains coming from Konkan Railway shall be destined to far off destinations like ST, BRC, AHM, Rajasthan, DELHI etc, then why to carry the trucks only till Boisar and not to the final destination or a location near to final destination and earn more revenue? A huge market awaits the cash strapped IR to reap benefits, but IR had been silent on this issue since decades!

more... very easy for IR to just extend the incoming trains to their network and earn additional revenue. Unloading points have to be developed at major/identified locations which is not a big/costly affair.
