What Congrats man ? ! Rather These are man made disasters due to cruel & horribly wrong policies of not preserving & non judicious use of scarce water and Man you are congratulating them . Ironical ! Samay rehte paani ki ijjat karna insaan seek ley nahi to paani khoon k aansoo rulayega . Agla 4th world bhi paani k uper hi hoga if we don't mend our ways n behave properly .
