In order to clear extra rush of passengers, three special trains will be run between Tirupati-Secunderabad; Secunderabad- Kakinada Town & Kakinada Town-Tirupati as detailed below:-

Spl between tpty sc is for the compensation of changing days of run of padmavati,it was the promise given by scr and they are holding it.
And between tpty cct as ecor has stopped spls to sbc and scr cant make kondavedu daily bcz of swr constraints and seshadri is running with huge demand even as cct tpty also so to reduce some burden cct tpty spl

I would suggest SCR to also consider following while introducing specials
Routes where passengers mainly depend on Travels/RTC to reach due to lack of proper train convenience
Routes where single lines but tracks not 100% utilized (excluding gnt-sc). Demand also depends on TT/Arrival/Departure.
Not understanding why SWR has constraint in making Kondaveedu daily. Another concern is adjusting timings of Seshadri, Kondaveedu and Prashanti in...

ok good sujeestion run bza-dmm via tpty,krnt-ogl via ru paxs depends on rtc only
Kondavedu rake will be idle at ypr for 5hrs and in return it shares slot with ypr kcg tri weekly.
Swr says pf constraint to receive rake of kondavedu and park and send as ypr gr and prasanti nilayam also runs back to back.
In present scenario we cant expect any change in teains terminating in swr
