3 more cancellation slab 7 days to 48 hours ( with cancellation charge of 10 % basic fares) ,48 hours to 24 hours (with cancellation 25 %) ,24 hours to 6 hours ( with cancellation charges 40 %) have to be introduced so as the passengers are induced to cancel early to get maximum return and cancelled early .Then the WL/RAC really improved a lot
