Yup such things should never happen again . I feel sorry for 300 persons who lost their lives
I discussed the derailment issue with few persons with Railway working ( SM,Signal engineers and ALPs)

Coromandel exp 12842 to Shalimar crossed 5 minute ago .only 3 SL coaches ,Ac coaches 13. Totaly unfair to common people who want to travel .Train is packed to brim SL and UR

Yes bro ,we both can afford and travell .but for a person earning 16to 18k month 1825x2=3650 per person in 3Ac is too much .if you take tatkal ,add ,,600 plus agent. Serv charges
Prev it had 11 sl coaches but now reduced to 3 .
I'm Mumbai to UP /Bihar trains ,3Ac is crowded like SL coaches .k have seen Pawan and Kashi express at MMR during last year trip

Tamilnadu is first superfast train from north to south ,All others Kk,TG ,Kerala ,AP followed later
And first express train from south to north was Legendary Grand Trunk express 15/16 and later numbered as 12615 /16
It started. On 1/04/1929 inauguaral run

Yup ,in hill station food joint ,hotels and taxi fleece the people ,
Can you believe ,for 12km journey at yercad , taxi fello wanted 1800 and Auto 1200.
Total distance to&fro was 12km only
