what is going wrong with indianrail.gov.in and irctc i wamt to book a sleeper ticket from kanpur to new delhi in 12565 and on indianrail.gov.in it is showing 4 available seats and when i try to book it through irctc its is showing 69waiting now still indian railway showing 4seats available on 22-8-13 wtah the hell is this???? yeh koi naya virus aya hai kya indian railway k server me ?

hmm i think yeh new cancelation rule ka b kuch asar hai aur waiting(prs) ticket b allow ni ho raha hai wo b nk sab ko mila k sannata kuch zyada he ho gaya hai
