You may very well log in through your smart phone. However to refresh PNR's, check availability status and running status of any train you would have to log in through the system and use Chrome/Firefox Browser with the appropriate extension.

Kindly go through my earlier statement.
Registering the PNR for the trip diary would first of all need refreshing the current PNR Status. As of the present status, the same cannot be done without using any extensions against the concerned browser/s.

For 12618 Mangala Lakshwadeep Express, charting has been done from NZM for today's date. The second link is displaying the vacant berth status of all such trains whose charting has been done from the individual divisions in Delhi.

1. Write a letter to the Chief Reservation Officer well before the time of charting (May be a day before)
2. Personally meet ACM Reservation and get a letter signed by him. Submit it to the charting officer or the Chief Reservation Officer.
