Because of ECoR decisions only VSKP coaching depot is not having updated technicians to maintain LHB Coaches here and again they are telling simply VSKP could not maintain LHB coaches.

Please clarify, as sometimes I observed coach position changing for few train...

I am aware than e-ticket of current reservation cannot be cancelled BUT can a current reservation ticket bought from PRS counter be cancelled? Please throw some light.
