awesome speed bewteen borivali to vishwamitri thn bit slow towards BRC .1st AC coach is very good toilets r clean .bed is softy and comfortable awesome journey ......be carefull about travelling date bcoz this train run after 12 am .if u want to travel at 1-1-15 so u want to book ticket at 2-1-15...

Pranav Chiplunkar~ 104 blog postsMade a short journey to Surat from Mumbai. The train has a terrific run between BVI and ST and reaches ST before time most of the times. Despite having a pantry car, no one comes to take dinner orders (I was traveling 3AC), but pantry guys selling snacks come all the time. These include veg cutlets, potato chips and biscuits. The coaches are very well maintained and journey though short, was a comfortable one.
If you wanna travel to Surat and you decide on that a bit late, don't worry, this train has a massive quota for ST and more times than not, you'll get a confimed ticket; but even if you're getting any number of WL at the time of booking,...

does it reach Surat b4 Flying Ranee or after,the scheduled time for Flying Ranee is 10.35 pm & 12955 is 10.40 pm but I have heard 12955 overtakes flying ranee when flying ranee stops @ udhna jn
