Here many 'honest agents' and genuince 'private' users too are punished just to punish the real offenders.
And the real offenders will always escape from the 'trap'. Suffering is for honest and genuine agents/travellers.

This situation is very frustrating , not only for passengers , but also for Agents as well.
Some days back , the issue of 'forum to voice the concerns of agents was discussed' but then nothing is heard further.

IRCTS is attempting to filter out bad and choose good, but actions are not quick and effective.
'Forum' only can do something.
Forums are effective only where 'all are united representing the case.

You may do so, subject to availability of berth/seat, and TTE allowing you to board and you ready to pay full fare from point to point, even though you may board at technical halts only.

If you are certain about your plan to travel by this train, best option would be to travel from Pune to LTT.
This is worth taking trouble then remaining in a 'limbo' .
Cost wise also you will spend money to reach the Pune Stn, then why not spend a little more (Fare upto Dadar and Dadar to LTT) and buy a peaceful, assured and 'masti' journey:)
