Avoid any Duronto category train in NCR like plague. Duronto is worse than a second class train in NCR. And I experienced this once way back in 2014 and have never booked in duronto after that. Ab to halaat aur bhi bigaad gaya hoga. There is hardly any hope of it improving.

12259 is fastest in DHN-MGS even now. But after that it is worst among premium trains next to 12273.

For NCR, Rajdhani is the only premium train category, that is what they want to show probably. For other zones, it is Duronto.

ALD-CNB section delays almost all trains except the Rajdhanis and NCR ALD duronto. It is currently the most congested section of the country.
Even the Rajdhanis are not spared during the winters.

Arrey dankuni mein rok rakhte hain aur local trains ko pass karwate hain. Lekin ntes dikhata hain has reached sdah. Iska priority ab ECR mein bhi bigad gaya hain

From the past few days there has been a lot of controversies regarding the addition of Asansol halt and removal of Parasnath halt. Now today officially ER demanded the removal of Parasnath halt from Howrah Rajdhani.
Do u think the proposal was correct from the side of ER to be send to RB??? And what do u think could be reason for sending the proposal
Let's not get into whether the proposal will be accepted or not and leave it on RB themselves

I would be happier if it had neither of the halts. ASN already has SDAH Rajdhani. Why another rajdhani halt required?

HWH rajdhani never has had any stops in Bengal for decades. That is one of its pride points: covering HWH-DHN non-stop in least time. Just like ECR Queen's pride is covering DHN-Gaya non-stop in least time
Thats why it would be better if hwh rajdhani had neither of the halts ASN or PNME. GMO or KQR is fine though.

Actually opposite situation hain. HWH rajdhani ka loco failure hua to peeche bbs rajdhani aur pnbe rajdhani ko bhi rok rakhe the for long time. Lekin jab pata chala ki repair hone mein bahut hi zyada time lagega tab in dono ko OT karwaya gaya. Isiliye to yeh do trains bhi delayed hain kuch. Highest priority hota to yeh ekdum right time mein rehte.
RNC Garib rath ka ALD-CNB mein bahut bura haal hota hain kabhi kabhi. Kahin bhi yaha waha chote chote stations mein rok dete hain. Raj gang ka aisa nahin hota.

Arrey uss din CNB se nikalte hi SDAH rajdhani mein koi loco fault ho gayi thi. 1.5 hrs tak KBN mein rukha hua tha. Phir ALD mein bhi isko rokke kuch repair work kiya gaya hoga.
Yeh sab OT priority ke liye nahin hain. Sab rajdhanis ke normal time mein equal priority hi hain

Arrey ALD ke 2-3 stations pehle load ke karan rok diye the bahut trains ko. Lekin sdah rajdhani ka usse bhi pehle ek loco breakdown already ho gaya tha, just after departing from CNB. Yeh 2 ghatnaye ek hi din ghate the isliye aapko misconception ho gaya hain ki 12310 was made to OT 12314 owing to priority....
Fact is that 12310 and 22824 had already been sent ahead of 12314 much before they were stopped near ALD because 12314 had a serious loco issue near KBN

Waise kal 12424 dbrt rajdhani ka OT hua CNB mein baki saare rajdhanis se. Main to soch raha tha loco fail hua uska kal. Lekin, yeh bhi surprising hain ki 3 loco failures in consecutive days!! Lekin yeh NCR ka koi naya game hain kya? Har din ek rajdhani ka OT karwana by turns.
Arrey main to usi din ka baat kar raha hoon jis din 12314 ka OT hua tha. Usme koi to issue hua tha 12314 ka just after departing cnb. Because stopping a rajdhani for OT at small station is very unusual.

Haan wohi... NCR ne Duronto ko bhi nahin chhoda. Ajkal 5+ hours delayed chala rahe hain.
Kal ka incident dekh lo. Saare rajdhanis ko ALD outer mein khada kar diye starting from DBRT Rajdhani. But no OT happened. 12310 stopped at Subederganj for nearly 1.5 hours.
