Its a very old one. This line (Pakala to Guntakal via Dharmavaram) has been converted into Broad guage line few years back itself. In the pic you can see the guage conversion works and station development on the other side of the train. Now a days a pair of daily passengers and a pair of bi-weeklys run along this line
There is no reversal at BDCR/Bhadrachalam Road. I have traveled by this train on 6th April frm SC and on 7th April frm BDCR, there was no reversal.

There is a reversal at Bhadrachalam Road station (Kothagudem) for all the trains towards Manuguru.

At the Bhadrachalam Road station which is in Kothagudem town, there is an onward track which extends till Singareni Collieries Coal Loading Point. Passenger operations are not permitted in that route as its a exclusive line for Singareni Collieries.
