I have a Reservation in a Sleeper Compartment in Azad Hind Express from Howrah to Bilaspur. Now, my friend is also booking a Tatkal ticket in the same train on the same date but in AC 3 tier, from Howrah to Nagpur. I just want to ask that is it Ok if I stay with him in the AC Compartment during My part of the journey? Will I be penalised or forced to leave the compartment? Please reply soon.
No you cannot travel in AC Class, With SL class ticket you can travel only in SL class...
NO you are not supposed to travel in 3AC with a SL class ticket..Else if available get you ticket upgraded to 3AC by paying difference fare to TTE and travel in 3AC with your friend.
According to rule, you can not. But you can stay there without causing inconvenience to others while it is not bed time. Possibility is that nobody will object.
