Indian weathers be it summer, rainy, winter is difficult in sleeper. 3rd AC SF like HS should be introduced on more routes.

It would be nice if IR a new jan-ACIII tier coach which should be just an air conditioned version of IISL and with fare reasonably fixed (with an aim of no-profit no-loss) between 160% to 175% of IISL fare (without bedding charges).

Actually, after this Case Study, IR Has already started Planning of Introducing Air Cooled/Temp Controlled Coaches which Will eventually Be Replaced with Sleeper Coaches..
