MP Government ka focus hamesha BPL aur INDB par hi tha, n that too BPL par primarily. Guess you don't know jab BPL capital declare hua tha tab JBP (probably GWL too) k saamne kuchh na tha. It is all lucid that JBP better develop ho jata agar CG me chala jata ya former Central Province me rehta. Britishers had well realized the importance of JBP, as a result of which unhone city ko itna develop kiya.
