That was Very unfortunate incident but these type of cases have also been solved many times by IR twitter handle. Maybe that day some exam/rallie or anything would hav been there.
Anyway everyone has different perspective to see work of govt and I see that railways is working in positive direction.

Sir, agar aapke case ko dekha jaaye to lagega IR ne kuch nahi kiya lekin aapko kai aise incident mil jaayenge jahan aapko khud lagega ki railway ne social media ke jariye kaafi kuch kiya hai.
Tc k kahne se kya hota hai jab Sara country benefit le raha hai to Hume try karna chahiye.U must had tried atleast.Ye sochna hi galat hain k kuch nahi hoga.
