IR should be permitted to issue Premium Tatkal Ticket in all the Railway Reservation Counter so as all the common people benefitted and the patronage also tremendously increased.

Unused will be allocated to WL passengers. May be premium fares are more than/same as bus fare in many routes. Buses will reach the destination hours before. Then passengers will think why should pay premium fare and reach late at the destination.

This was expecting as many uneducated/common man can not book online and may not possess either debit or credit card even though he may have the cash on hand.

Nowadays every common man has Android cell and Bank ac with ATM Card.

Agreed that common man has Andriod Cell and ATM card but their usage will be only to make/receive calls and withdraw cash respetively. That is the reason we still find queues at PRS and banks.
