These tickets can be asked from Unreserved ticket counters. Normal sleeper charges applicable and same for the Journey in reverse direction for the same train.

ek baat samaj nhi ati Ner hi sirf slpr tickt availble karata h..Nr kiu nahi karata ..last tym mai sln ka tickt lene gaya tha Lko stn par mana kar diya..
Ab ye to mujhe nhi pta but NER ke stations aisa karte hain. May be for income in the division and this is a provision in NER.
Nr bhi provide karta to tik rahta begumpura exp mostly bsb -lko-bsb ke bech khali rahti hai par slpr tickts nhi milta aur phr tt ki mauj :p
but mujhe yahi lagta hai ki provision nahi hai NR mai iska isiliye nhi dete.
Please tell me more about the general sleeper ticket. Why is it issued and how to get one.
