neatly maintained and No issue of "Bolo Zuban Kesari" there. (I am not taking about Bullet trains or European trains here).

Our IR is even much older than Tanzanian Railways, however still we have to improve ourselves a lot.
We people still believing in the words of politicians and many Railway officers have Politically oriented railway unions like SRMU, DREU, NRMU, etc etc. Also everywhere bringing caste and religion card everywhere even in IR. That's why development schemes on IR were delayed a lot.

Still no crowd management, non automated doors, ticketless travelling etc etc and so on in IR. Although Vande Bharat system introduced by IR is appreciable, still passengers complaining of leg space issues in Chair car coaches by some RFs. Also recently Lucknow Dehradun VB was occupied illegally by UR passengers. The crowd management is pretty worst here all due to increased population levels and demand of Shramik and Mazdoor log all over the country and also unequal share of income. Still our Per Capita Income is not upto mark although we have Adanis, Ambanis etc although Gross Domestic Product is increasing a lot.

I am seeing everywhere this "North South divide" often because there is an common stereotype is often North based passengers travel and occupy all seats and causing overcrowding. But same it is happening in South also well. All due to regional politicians whom want to secure vote bank but doing nothing to this solution.

We fining fines from Ticketless travellers, but ever IR thinked about installing Ticketing system like in Metro stations? Or able to take tickets even boarding train in case of UR trains although GPS won't allow to do so in UTS app.

We want to improve current safety measures,cleanliness and prevention of trespassing first here. Also an standard rule should be there for all. Then after improving we can think about Bullet trains, high speed trains etc.

PS: I am not an supporter of any political party, political agenda here.

Before Comparing a South African Country with ours, A Quick google search would have shown that Tanzania's population is only 7 Crs MAX, and our country has 140+ Cr population. now tell me which country is better able to handle the crowd. Before Comparing you should know its not easy for us to control each and every aspect of IR. Tell me how late Trains run in Tanzania as compared to our Railways, tell me that the Loco pilots or Guards over there are stressed or not, and tell me if the people over there are able to travelled without tickets or not! If you want to compare then use some logic.

make things better then no body accept that because of his caste, religion or political ideology. Normal public forget that a good politician will only do better things for him.

Dinesh Trivedi, Pawan Bansal, Manoj Sinha and somehow even Lalu Prasad yadav are prime examples of it.

Instead normal public should question railway employees and ask government for taking action on those.

1. Why Railway employees demand for OPS despite not working efficiently? Normal Public should stand against it. All political parties will stop supporting OPS then.

2. Why there is no immediate termination and punishment in case some serious offence done by any Railway Employee? The main culprit of Coromandel Express disaster is still only suspended and getting half amount of his salary and if he will not be proved guilty in court then he will get remaining salary as well without any work.

3. Why regular hikes in salary provided to railway employees despite running in loss?

If Normal population will start raising these questions to government then all political parties will have to follow the same culture. Everything depends on public voice only.

Right. But we have to keep some more things also in mind
1. Low Infrastructure which is still under developing. (Once track laid make it Double line to avoid extra budget for steel for doubling later as prices are increasing day by day and if track is free use for Freight by laying connecting lines)

Indian rail total 68700 kms approx length
I don’t say you can’t compare but atleast compare with someone similar to India in rail traffic density. Have some sense and kindly come with proper facts before spilling such thoughts out of your mind.

Itna jyada offend nhi ho yaar. Via Nawada jane se wo train ko achha priority milega kyuki mainline me waise bhi bhut train h delhi ke liye to Malda wali train ko normal priority milta hai.
KG line me koi delhi jaane ke liye Express train type nahi h humsafar ko chorkr. Isliye isse achha priority milega aur sayad iska frequency bhi badh jaaye.

आनंद विहार टर्मिनल के साथ दिक्कत यह है कि उसका दिल्ली जंक्शन से सीधा रास्ता नही है। रेलगाड़ियों को साहिबाबाद आकर इंजन पीछे करके ले जाना पड़ेगा।

आनंद विहार पर 9 प्लेटफार्म जरूर है और उतने काफी भी है लेकिन इसको मेंटेनेंस के लिए दिल्ली जंक्शन की पिट लाइन में ले जाना पड़ेगा।

Daund pitline is required, as it can reduce the load of Pune Station, and all the trains going towards Gujrat, Rajasthan can be extended over here, also some intercity express like Pragati, Deccan, Sihagad express can be extended and do PM at Daund jn

bro deccan exp extension upto daund jn almost impossible the train has 4hrs lieover at pune jn and 15:15 dept from pune so extending deccan exp wont be a good option and rake sharing is with mao js so it wont be feasible at all

Daund Pitline is fine and dandy, but Mumbai Pune Trains should be left untouched, instead some long distance trains of Pune should be extended to Daund. this might free up some slots at Ghorpuri Coaching Depot and help give new connections to Daund.
