Correct. Train used to have this timing earlier when it used to bypass CBE - It used to leave at 19:30 PM and arrive TVC at 11:15 AM and return will leave fot on time at 14:30 PM ; Then later TVC div train slowed down bunch of trains by 30 mins and this train also got its perm route back via CBE so it changed to 19:45 and arrival at 11:45 ; Now they are just moving back to old TT when it used to be single line.

much more speed up after Angamali. It defnitely is speed up from MAS to TCR like you mentioned. Train does a cat run from Kalady to TVC
